At Visionary Media UK, we are fully committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you complete our photo and video consent form, we collect basic personal information such as your name, age, email address, phone number, and if applicable, the name of a parent or guardian. We also ask for your consent preferences and, optionally, an emergency contact number for safeguarding purposes. This information allows us to manage permissions responsibly and ensures we have the correct details to share any content with you if you’ve asked to receive it.

Your data is stored securely on encrypted systems and is only accessible to authorised staff at Visionary Media UK. If the content is being produced on behalf of a client (such as for a brand or organisation we’re working with), your image or footage may be shared with them, but your personal contact information will not be passed on unless you give us explicit permission or we are required to do so by law.

We will retain your submitted consent form data for up to five years as a record of your permission. Media captured on the day, including images or video featuring you or your child, may remain in use by Visionary Media UK and/or the client indefinitely. This may include online use (e.g. websites, social media), print (e.g. brochures, flyers), or display in public or professional settings.

You have full rights under the UK GDPR. This includes the right to access the information we hold about you, correct any inaccurate details, request that we delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. If you would like to make any changes to your preferences or have concerns about how your data is being used, please email consent@visionarymedia.uk, and a member of our team will be happy to help. We aim to respond to all requests within 14 days.
